Liverpool Responds: Supporting Students offers an insight into the University’s plans around COVID-19 safety on campus, outline our plans to adapt teaching and learning arrangements while maintaining academic standards, and explain our approach to providing the best possible student experience.
The session was chaired by Professor Gavin Brown, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education at the University of Liverpool, who helps to set the academic direction of the University and champions the enhancement of learning and teaching throughout the academic and student community.
Gavin was joined by guests from across the University who are involved with the planning for new and returning students to Liverpool including: Dr Paul Redmond, Director of Student Experience and Enhancement; Simon Thomson, Director of the Centre for Innovation in Education (CIE); Emma Moore, Head of Careers and Employability; Phil Marsh, Director of Facilities, Residential and Commercial Services and Adnan Hussain, returning President of the Liverpool Guild of Students for 2020-2021.
After the main discussion, the audience had the opportunity to ask the panel questions.
