About this video

This is the University of Liverpool Athletic Union Exec Committee and the Guild's ‘#onequestion, it’s ok to ask’ campaign.

The overall aim is to help raise awareness of mental health in sport, encourage members of sports clubs to be more aware of those around them and provide a platform to improve wellbeing in Sport Liverpool.
