In hospital I was given.

A series of exercises to do to try and strengthen the muscles. I'm not sure whether they worked or not. Found very difficult to do, just looking up and looking down. I couldn't tell what I was looking up or looking down so I did the exercises, but I think I was fairly compliant. I found it very hard to to actually understand what my eyes were doing. It is, I think there's some numbness.

I think that was the only kind of treatment I got for the for the visual effects.
